About Dan
So... You're thinking of learning guitar. That's fantastic! You've come to the right place. I can take you from the absolute basics to playing like a pro. Lessons made fun and simple, you will learn at your own pace - learn acoustic or electric guitar. I have over 30 years teaching experience, I've helped many people learn the guitar. I started learning guitar at 15 years of age. I studied GCSE music at Daventry secondary school, music theory at Daventry Tertiary College and took an ABRSM online course to improve my teaching strategies and skills as a music teacher. Want to play your favourite song, or study for a grade? With me by your side every step of the way, you will make real progress and be the guitarist you want to be.

Learning guitar can be frustrating and sometimes boring. Being motivated to practise can be hard, especially as a beginner. I make learning guitar fun with fantastic ways to make your guitar practice enjoyable. I can have you playing your first song on your guitar in a very short time! Within the last 30 years of teaching guitar I have coached students from the age of 6 years old right up to 70 years old and they have loved and enjoyed their lessons. Want to play your favourite song, or study for a grade? With me by your side every step of the way, you will make real progress and be the guitarist you want to be.
