About Aaron
I am a chemical engineering student, currently pursuing my degree in Portland. I have taught at Seattle Central College as a tutor for the past few years, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all my students. During my time there, I completed the classes and documented the in-person experience necessary to earn my Washington State Tutor Certificate.

My teaching method one-on-one is highly personalized. I begin by asking the student about their learning habits - do they like to read the information? to see pictures? hear it in a story? Every student, whether they are aware of it or not, has teaching methods they are particularly responsive to. Once I have established these, I maintain a positive atmosphere and good connection to ensure that the student is truly understanding the materiel, and not just storing parts of it in their short term memory.
