About Celia
With more than 7 years of teaching mathematics, I bring both experience and passion to the subject of statistics. I hold an MSc in Statistics and Data Science, where I deepened my knowledge of probability, inference, and analytical techniques. My lessons focus on applied learning, especially in areas like hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data visualization. These are the tools that allow us to move from data to understanding. I encourage students to think critically about results rather than simply memorize steps. To ensure practical learning, I incorporate statistical software such as R and Python into my teaching. These tools allow students to explore real-world datasets and gain confidence in their analytical skills. Over the years, I’ve developed strategies to simplify even the most complex concepts. My goal is to show that statistics is a skill anyone can master with guidance and practice. Students often tell me they feel empowered once they see how statistics applies directly to their fields of interest. I create a learning environment that is both structured and supportive.
