About Bobby
In May 2022, I was recognized by Joe Shoemaker Elementary School as a Top 5 Outstanding Tutor for the Reading Partners program. I was recognized, specifically, for my ability to connect with my students— teaching them new methods of memorization and note-taking, and engaging them with my humor-centric personality. I‘ve been writing and performing stand-up comedy since 2018, and was a co-producer for a live improv show based in Denver, Colorado, in 2019 and 2020. I love to connect with people, I love making people laugh, and I love to teach.

I take pride in the relationships I can build with my students, using my background as a stand-up comedian to provide a more engaging academic experience. From challenges on Test Day to general struggles with certain subjects, I take on all comers! History is my specialty (I earned my Associates Degree in 2020) with English, Reading and Math as secondary strengths.
