I am an engineer.I have also an interest in human psychology so I am learning a course in human psychology from Yale University online.I always wanted to know people's mind and help them with their stress. Also from my personal experience I have learned a lot to manage stress during this pandemic.Human health is one of the main thing that should be concentrated during this pandemic.

My teaching basically involves a conversation with the individual or a group. Interaction with the students will boost their interest and asking to tell stories or giving a life problem and asking how to deal with it will be effective in case of boosting their mental health.I will share my experience as well my colleagues experience in managing the stress and how strong they have crossed the path of failure. Small practical homeworks will be given to assure their performance. These type of classes can be at any age above age 10 since students can have stress due to various reasons especially in the pandemic.
