About Carola
Carola, RYT E-200, discovered yoga in her mid-twenties, initially attracted by the physical side of the practice.
She grew up in Italy, where she practiced semi-professionally, judo, diving, and rhythmic gymnastics. At the age of 16 - eager to learn about new cultures and new languages, she spent a year as a foreign exchange student in the US.
This experience proved her curiosity and eagerness to learn. She moved to London in 2010 to conduct her studies in International Relations and Social Policy and Development when she developed her love for philosophy. Since then - she lived in China, developed a charity in Rwanda and become a successful Growth Hacker in London's start-up scene.
Yoga has helped her deal with stress and grow her spiritual practice. She has been practicing ashtanga, vinyāsa, kriya and kundalini yoga for the past four years. She has a strong personal practice and passion for going back to the roots of what yoga is really about.

Carola creates uniques yogic experiences by guiding her students through inner journeys to learn more about themselves. She teaches power yoga flows with a focus on philosophy and self-discovery.
Her classes are inclusive and personalised to the students needs. She offers beginners classes focusing on safely setting the foundations for their practice. Strengthening classes for mid level students and more advanced sessions for seasoned yogis. She also offers sessions more focused on mediation and pranayama.
