About Tamanna

Hi! I’m Tamanna, a 2nd-year Computer Science (Data Analytics) student at Trent University — and someone who’s truly passionate about teaching. Since school, I’ve loved Math and naturally found myself helping classmates, especially during exam time. I believe that with the right explanation, Math can be simple and even fun — and I’m here to prove that to you! Whether you're struggling with the basics or just need a confidence boost, I’ll be patient, supportive, and happy to explain things as many times as needed. No question is too small or silly — ask away, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and clear. Let’s make Math less stressful and more empowering together!

About the lesson

Since childhood, I’ve had a genuine love for Math—it has always fascinated me how everything can be solved logically with the right steps. I used to teach my classmates during exams and found joy in helping them understand concepts they once found difficult. That early experience sparked my passion for teaching, which continues to grow.
I believe that everyone can understand Math with the right guidance and approach.
I am patient, and I make sure my students feel comfortable asking questions—no matter how basic.

A Typical Lesson Includes:

A quick recap or review
Step-by-step explanation of the topic
Interactive problem solving
Practice exercises with feedback
Tips, tricks, and strategies for tests and homework
Q&A and optional take-home practice

I create a safe, stress-free space where students can grow at their own pace.

I’m dedicated to helping you not just learn Math, but actually enjoy it.

I recently had Mathematics classes with Tamanna. Can’t describe in words about the way of teaching, all my concepts were cleared and solved every problem. She carries a friendly and positive attitude and that eventually led me to get things more clear and precise. All in all, if you want to have your concepts clear and problem solved, go book one session with her. Really appreciate your hard work Tamanna, thank you!
