Giulia is an amazing pastry tutor, her communication prior to our lesson was excellent. She came with all the required ingredients and equipment. She took great care in making sure I understood all the steps and processes, it is clear she is professionally trained. She is lovely and vibrant , we had a 4 hour lesson , which flew by. I would definitely recommend her, and will be booking sessions with her again.

I had a lesson with Giulia today, making macarons and flan patissier. She is extremely knowledgeable but also very patient when teaching. She is very well organised and came prepared so the lesson was very well thought out in advance. I will definitely do further lessons with her in the future!
