About Jenny
I have a background in gymnastics and circus but am now more focused on a combination of holistic yoga and personal training. I have over 400 hours qualifications in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I have level 2 gym instructor qualification and am currently studying towards level 3 personal trainer. I love to learn new things as well as teach and share my knowledge.

My lessons are fun and will leave you feeling stretched, happy and a bit tired, whether you are wanting to learn some basic skills, find a fun way to keep fit or practise more advanced moves, I have something for you. If you want to learn a good handstand or just gain some strength and flexibility, I can help. I have studied different styles of yoga in Spain, India and the UK. I like to mix the classes with different styles of yoga to give a nice balance of workout/relaxation. Basically my classes are tailor made for each individual so just let me know what your interests are and I will create something special just for you. No experience necessary, any age welcome :)

I started to do yoga with Jenny 4 years ago and it really changed my life. For me was impossible that a person like me with no flexibility at all could ending doing yoga properly thanks to Jenny’s patience, passion and professionally she help all this way taught me to not give up and get a better life style.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone doesn’t matter the level you are or where you want to get she always adapts to you.Me and my daughter Clara (4 year old) did a short yoga lesson with Jenny. She was able to adapt the lesson to our skill level (or lack of haha) and made it enjoyable and calming, really relaxing. She thought my daughter techniques and breathing exercises that she happily remembers and use when she needs!
The positivity and good energy vibrates from this teacher master.
I am sure that anyone would feel the same!Jenny is a brilliant teacher and her sessions are always fun and energising!
She has great intuition and always pays attention to your preferences and the limitations of your body and adjusts her yoga poses accordingly.
She will advise you to reposition slightly so you get the most of every pose you do!
She is also kind and personable and I'm always very comfortable doing yoga with her. I highly recommend her as an instructor.I had yoga lessons with Jenny after having back problems and she was so encouraging, adapting some of the poses to make them more manageable for me. She is committed to improving physical and mental health through yoga and is very knowledgable, but also has a gentle approach that makes it do-able even for a newcomer in her 50s! Highly recommended!
