About Evangeline
I'm currently completing my final year of a Bachelor in Primary Education. Throughout my degree I have attended professional placements at a variety of state schools in Brisbane's Northern suburbs, including: Elimbah, Bellmere and Pumicestone. I am also a Mentor and Program Facilitator with the ICAN Network, an organisation that specialises in supporting students on the Autism Spectrum.

I have studied a variety of pedagogies for effective and engaging teaching (i.e. inquiry learning, experiential learning, direct instruction, etc.) and am a firm believer that each has its place in a well-balanced teaching approach. Part of my job is to identify which strategies are most appropriate for the individual child, and adapting my resources to attain optimal learning outcomes.
