I believe that effective tutoring is not simply about giving students the correct answers, but helping them understand why and how to arrive at those answers. My approach is student-centered, patient, and focused on building both knowledge and confidence.
I use a combination of explanation, guided practice, demonstrations, questioning, and problem-solving activities. I first explain the concept in a simple and understandable way, then provide examples and guide the student through similar problems. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their own reasoning so I can identify areas that need further clarification. For technical subjects, I also use step-by-step solutions, diagrams, practical examples, and real-world applications whenever appropriate.
