About Elena
Hi, I'm Elena — a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a background in psychology and a deep passion for mindful movement. With over six years of experience teaching yoga and three years in one-on-one coaching, I specialize in creating spaces where you can feel calm, supported, and truly seen. I offer Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga in both English and German, and I teach online as well as in studios. My classes are tailored to your needs, whether you're a beginner building confidence or a more experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice. My approach is gentle yet structured, combining breath-led flow with clear guidance and emotional awareness. You can expect a practice that helps you reconnect with yourself — physically, mentally, and energetically. My goal is to help you build strength without force, find softness without collapse, and grow at your own pace.

In my yoga classes, you’ll move through a flowing, breath-led practice that helps you feel grounded, strong, and centered. With over six years of teaching experience and a background in psychology, I support you with mindful movement that’s tailored to your energy and your goals.
You can join me online. Each session is designed around you: some days we’ll focus on strength and creative sequencing, other days we’ll slow it down and tune inward with gentle, intentional movement.
I can teach in English and German and love creating a calm, welcoming space for students from all backgrounds, reading the energy of the day. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll get thoughtful guidance, clear alignment cues, and space to move at your own pace.
You won’t just follow a sequence. You’ll grow into a practice that feels like home.
