I'm a teacher who starts to introduce yoga to everyone who shows interest in the practice. It's not only about the asanas, but also about making yoga a lifestyle. I'm Jeynifer, 32 years old. I have spent the last 3 years of my life studying how I can teach beginners or advanced Yogis. I teach 70-year-old people, pregnant women, and teenagers. All of my students are so happy and excited about my classes.
