About Sean
Hello! My name is Sean and I’m currently a JD Candidate at the University of Toronto. Through a rigorous self-study regime, I achieved a score of 174 (99th percentile) on my first sitting of the LSAT in September 2024 and received first-round admission offers from top Canadian law schools (UofT, Osgoode, Queens, and Western). Having recently gone through the process of studying and taking this test, I am extremely familiar with the challenges faced by those preparing for the LSAT. I firmly believe that any driven student can improve their LSAT score with appropriate coaching and guidance; I have helped multiple students archive 10+ point increases and score within the 170+ range!
In addition, I am also happy to provide guidance on all stages of the law school application process from navigating online submission portals, proofreading personal statements, and discussing tips on how to strengthen your supporting documents. Let’s work together and use my experience to help ensure you have the best possible chance at getting into your dream school too!

I offer all my prospective students a complimentary 30-minute consultation session to discuss your personal goals, timeline, and preferred learning style. Are you a complete LSAT newbie? No worries if you are, we all start somewhere! Or are you an expert who just needs help with specific question types, or somewhere between the two? This allows me to produce a personalized study plan for you.
While each lesson plan is unique to the individual student, there are a few key points I would like to highlight:
1. Taking the LSAT doesn’t need to be as scary as many people think. You can learn to put yourself in the mindset of the test writer and recognize how they want you to think when approaching any given question.
2. Consistency is essential. The LSAT is a significant undertaking, and part of my job is to help keep you motivated and focused until you get the result you want.
3. Most importantly, any driven student can improve their LSAT score, and sometimes they just need a little bit of help and guidance to unlock their full potential!
I am here to help you, guide you through the process and address any questions you may have along the way.

I've known Sean since I was in high-school, and even then he was always top of the class in marks. More than that, he was excellent at explaining the topics at all levels, and understood the themes and topics of our lessons at a high level. Sean teaches in a way that makes learning easy, at your own level, and based on past experiences and current successes I would highly recommend Sean as an lsat prep tutor.
Sean is reliable, trustworthy and organized. He is very clever and a hard worker (as his LSAT score shows).
I highly recommend Sean as your tutor. He will be a valuable asset in improving your results.Couldn’t recommend Sean enough. He is so smart, organized and knowledgeable. He teaches me so much and is so adaptable to your level of learning. Highly recommend Sean as a mentor, tutor and leader. Thanks Sean for everything you provide !
Sean has proven himself on the LSAT and has spent many years in an academic setting. I have worked closely with Sean in the past and can testify that he is a patient teacher and would definitely make a trustworthy tutor!
Sean and I have known each other since high school. Given we were from a small town, we had to rely on our peers for help and Sean always stepped up to the plate to explain concepts from varied subjects that our classmates (including myself) didn’t quite grasp. His skills have only continued to grow as he stepped into roles like lecturing. I would recommend Sean as a tutor because his patience and ability to break down concepts is invaluable.
I know Sean very well. He's my grandson and an amazing, intelligent and hard working young man. Knowing him as I do , I know his teaching style will be based on fulfilling the requirements of the syllabus and and course lessons with intent to exceptional teaching, and to learning more as well.
The experience we've lived together was exactly that - lived together. He finished his Masters while living with mu wife and I and a more respectful, interesting and helpful tenant would be rare. One never knows how living together can be but we thoroughly enjoyed having him here and missed him when he headed out on his own.
As I've already attested to, Sean is a brilliant and insightful scholar and one that will do well in all of his future endeavors. He has a refreshing way of seeing multiple sides of life situations and choosing a mature, confident stand on so many complex issues.View more recommendations
