About Tuhin
I am a student of the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY, Shibpur former B.E. college in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering.
I did my +2 from Aditya Academy sr. Sec. School which is affiliated to CBSE with PCMB combination.
Having cracked the Joint entrance mains examination myself,I understand what is needed to ace school or high school level natural science.
The fact that I am a student myself means I am able to better atune myself to the regular hardships faced by the students of this level. I have prior teaching experience of 3 years.

I am a student myself so I understand what the students have to go through when deadlines for assignments and examinations approach.
This however doesn't mean that the pressure for academics from my end will be less.
I prefer to keep a moderate ratio of learning and evaluation.
Classes held will have self prepared notes with the main goal being retention of information by using conceptual learning.
This doesn't only make learning and retention easier but effective.
Evaluation will be done to need as well as in accordance to a pre planned schedule. For instance weekly.
I would be available for designated hours in case student requires after hour assistance with their academics.
The combination of tests and normal classes would make the students of any academic aptitude do better than they were, given they put in their end of the work.
