About Charlotte
Hi, I'm Charlotte, a year 11 student accelerating in Methods 3/4 at school. I achieved the top possible ranking for mathematics in year 9 NAPLAN, and have consistently achieved distinctions in math competitions (including the AMC, CAT competition, and Kangourou sans Frontières). I have further acquired awards of general academic excellence throughout all my years at school. I regard myself as a patient and understanding person, and will offer my very best in tutoring you. I am often a source of help for my fellow classmates and peers, and I hope that I will be of help for you as well! I can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently, and am comfortable in teaching in any of the above languages.

My lessons are for any students up to year 11 level. I have had previous tutoring experience with students of year 8, 9 and 10 level. Lessons will run weekly to establish consistency in learning. Lesson duration and content are flexible!
For high school students, each lesson will cater to your course curriculum and textbook this year. Each lesson will move between explanations, guided walk-throughs, self practice, guided lesson summary notes, as well as time for you to ask questions about your own maths problems from school.
Lessons can focus on the current topic you’re studying in school to provide extra support, or can focus on topics ahead of the Victorian Curriculum, so that you are more prepared for encountering these topics at school later in the year.
For primary school students, each lesson will be focusing on your schoolwork to provide extra support. If you are studying for NAPLAN, we can go through NAPLAN styled maths questions together, and I can provide tips for answering certain types of maths questions that come up on the test.
