About Shubhangi
I am a Yoga Trainer, Access Bars Facilitator and a Psychologist in training from TISS, Mumbai. I am personally interested in research on positive psychology to build the resilience of individuals around me. I employ my understanding and experiences from my diverse background to teach and impart the knowledge to the students to build a holistic understanding and not just limiting our understanding to one perspective.
