About Michelle
I am a qualified accountant with a Masters in Business Administration. After working as a systems accountant and a trainer in the industry for more than 15 years, I took up a teaching post for International Baccalaureate (IB) teaching Economics and Business Management in an international school in Kuala Lumpur. My students achieved good results.

As a teacher, I was being trained in the IB methodology where the teacher gives an outline and activities of the subject to facilitate the students' learning. As such, I am looking to train my students first to understand the foundations of the subject, then to resolve the complex problems through open-minded and balanced enquiry and risk-taking so that the students succeed not only in their examinations but also in life.
