About Val
I have been an educator for over 45 years. I have taught at a community college primarily teaching all levels of accounting and Microsoft Excel. Recently I have done numerous workshops teaching the basics of accounting with software that I have created so a student can easily move on to QuickBooks online. I also offer a Quickbooks Online course under Intuit’s Education Program. Students receive a free One Year license from Intuit.

The class is designed to teach basic accounting principles using an accounting program to teach accounting basics so a student can easily transition to QuickBooks Online. The course runs for a total of 9 hours. It is flexible in that the student can select 1, 2 or 3 hour blocks.
