About Lorelei Joy

I have more than ten years of teaching college students including international students and even adult learners. I teach basic accounting where students learn the whole cycle of accounting and bookkeeping. Students will learn how to record transactions (debits and credits) and prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cashflows). I also teach intermediate accounting (topics including accounting for bonds, revenue recognition, complex financial transactions to name a few), cost accounting and management accounting (accounting for spoilage, break-even point analysis, standard costing, performance measurement, FS analysis, etc).

About the lesson

Learning accounting the easy way through zero-based approaches. I teach the basics until learners get the whole concept of the topic before progressing to more complex lesson materials. My approaches are proven effective even for adult learners who want to know how to record business transactions (learn debits and credits the fun way) and prepare financial reports like balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
