About Irina

I have been living abroad for the past 7 years, which has given me a unique perspective on language and culture. My journey began in the United Arab Emirates, where I first developed my passion for English. I then had the incredible opportunity to be an exchange student in the United States for a year. This experience not only allowed me to immerse myself in the language but also deepened my appreciation for its nuances and the American culture.

After my year in America, I returned to the United Arab Emirates to complete my high school education. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a strong command of English and a deep understanding of the challenges that non-native speakers face.

To further validate my English proficiency, I completed multiple exams, including the IELTS, and graduated from an American high school. Currently, I am pursuing a college degree in Canada, where I continue to refine my language skills and knowledge.

Throughout my educational journey, I discovered a passion for teaching and helping others navigate the complexities of the English language. I realized that many students face similar challenges to those I encountered, and I wanted to provide the support and guidance they need to succeed. My experiences living in different environments have prepared me to understand the unique struggles of learners from various backgrounds.

As an English tutor, I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging learning atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. My goal is to empower each student with the confidence to communicate effectively in English, whether in casual conversation, academic settings, or professional environments.

I believe my background, combined with my passion for teaching, makes me a relatable and effective tutor. I’m excited to share my knowledge and help you on your journey to mastering the English language!
