Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
Taran was very determined in school, there was not many high achievers and A*s was rare to come by at our school. I was a good friend of his and he used to teach us all computer science during break and lunch time. He was better than our actual teachers and in our actual lessons the teacher would often let him teach the class and explain topics.
I had the pleasure of teaching Taran in A-level Computer Science from the beginning of Year 12, and he has consistently stood out as one of the most dedicated, driven, and intellectually curious students I’ve had the privilege to teach.
Taran combines sharp analytical thinking with a deep passion for technology and learning. He doesn’t just aim to understand concepts—he seeks to master them, often going beyond the curriculum to explore real-world applications of computer science, including programming, systems, and logic. His growth over the two years has been exceptional, and it’s no surprise that he’s now studying Computer Science at the University of Manchester.
What makes Taran truly special—and what makes him such an ideal tutor—is his ability to explain complex topics in simple, relatable terms. He has a calm and patient teaching style that builds confidence in his students, and he brings a genuine enthusiasm to every session. Whether it’s supporting GCSE or A-level students, Taran knows how to meet learners where they are and help them progress with clarity and confidence.
Taran’s integrity, discipline, and communication skills make him a rare and valuable tutor. He not only understands the subject matter deeply—he knows how to teach it effectively. I would strongly recommend him to any student looking for guidance in computer science or related subjects. With Taran, students are in very capable hands.
I have had the pleasure of teaching Taran in mathematics since Year 8 and watching him grow into an outstanding student and young adult. Now a first-year Computer Science student at Manchester University, Taran continues to impress me with his intelligence, work ethic, and ability to break down complex ideas in a clear, relatable way.
Taran is one of those rare individuals who not only understands mathematical concepts at a deep level but can also explain them patiently and effectively to others. He was often the student other students turned to when they were stuck—and he always helped without hesitation. He brings a calm, reassuring presence and has a natural ability to make others feel confident in their abilities.
I have no doubt that Taran will be a fantastic tutor on Superprof. His style is thoughtful, methodical, and encouraging—he takes the time to understand where a student is struggling and helps them build both understanding and confidence. Whether it’s GCSE or A-level maths, students will be lucky to learn from someone with his clarity, kindness, and deep subject knowledge.
I recommend Taran without hesitation to any student or parent looking for a dedicated, capable, and genuinely caring tutor. He will make a real difference.
