My approach to acting is rooted in real, lived experience—tested in rehearsal rooms, on set, and on stage. As a person of colour, I bring a unique perspective on holding integrity and truth in every space I work in.
Teaching excites me because I believe acting is not just an art form, but a real career path. My aim is to help the next generation of actors approach the craft with discipline, joy, and courage.

I believe the most important role an actor ever works on is themselves. The psychology of an actor is wired with empathy and curiosity for the human condition. Our vessel may be the character, but our individuality is the engine that drives us through the rough waters of this business.
I only teach what I live—my methods evolve with every job, set, and rehearsal room I enter. At the same time, I hold firm to the fundamentals that never change: Intention and Obstacles. The craft lies in unlocking your own unique approach to these truths, and that’s where the work becomes exciting.
