About Blair
I am a dedicated and experienced Piano tutor with over 19 years of teaching experience. I teach School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn piano for academic purposes, personal interest, or career growth. I believe music education should be clear, structured, and enjoyable.
My tutoring approach focuses on building a strong foundation. I help students develop correct posture, finger technique, rhythm accuracy, and hand coordination. Lessons are planned according to each student’s learning speed and goals. I encourage regular practice and provide continuous guidance.
I teach classical piano basics, modern piano techniques, chords, scales, arpeggios, and accompaniment styles. I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and rhythm practice. For students preparing for exams or performances, I offer focused training and practice strategies.
What makes my teaching unique is my calm and supportive nature. I explain concepts in a simple way and help students overcome difficulties with patience. My goal is to help students enjoy piano learning while developing strong musical skills and confidence.
