About Alejandro
I am an aerospace engineer from Spain. I did an internship in Airbus, followed by an MSc in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the UK. Currently I am doing a PhD at Surrey University.
I have experience as a private tutor with highschool students, focusing on math and physics. During my PhD years I have also worked as a teacher assistant at university level, helping students during problem sessions, performing laboratory sessions for groups and also offering private tutoring for computational engineer related topics.

My teaching method is mainly practical, but it is adapted to each individual. Ideally after discussing the objectives of the student I would propose a set of problems or projects that would be benefitial to achieve the student goals. The idea is not only solving a number problems and obtaining the right solution, but to make sure that the student understand the concepts and is able to apply them correctly in future situations.
