About Ollie
I am a confident, hard-working and patient person. I will not give up on a goal, no matter what happens. When switching schools, I had to skip a year ahead; larger workloads, learning to manage my time and still obtain top marks is something most students have to endure, and something I have become adept at overcoming!

I believe that a uniquely tailored tutoring experience yields the best outcomes. This involves us coming up with a strategy for what works best for you! Previous methods I have integrated include; - example questions and explanations - exam technique and practice paper review - problem solving, reasoning and jumping through examiners' hoops.
I achieved 6A*s and 4As at GCSE, and AAB at A-Level from Queen Elizabeth's Hospital.
While I have no formal tutoring experience, I have taught younger years both at school and now at university. This has involved multiple teaching sessions, either one on one, or to classrooms of 30.

Perfect! Ollie has been an outstanding tutor for our daughter throughout her GCSE Maths and Science studies. He has a real talent for breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, which has made a huge difference to her confidence and understanding. His lessons are engaging, interactive and enjoyable, making learning much less daunting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ollie to anyone looking for an excellent GCSE tutor in the Cardiff area.

Ollie taught me maths for my A levels and I must say it was easier to ask him questions one to one, rather than in the classroom, I was having trouble speaking with everyone watching.
