Hello, my name is Dr. Atharva Ghaisas, I live in Pune, Maharashtra. I graduated from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences with a bachelor's and master's degree in physical therapy, and also have accurate diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation judging abilities regarding musculoskeletal disorders.

The class will be provided with one-on-one learning for a better understanding of the technique, which will allow you to have a better and more detailed understanding of the exercises that are performed on a daily basis with a sufficient amount of sets and repetitions for optimum results, followed by adequate warm-up and cool-down techniques for injury prevention.
