About Hannah
Hello there! My name is Hannah and I have just completed my PhD in Modern History from the University of St Andrews. My degrees are in history but I have experience working in the Third Sector, in publishing, heritage, and campaign organisation. I have tutored at all levels from young children to postgraduate students in their final stages of their doctoral thesis. I have been tutoring for over ten years.
I am originally from the United States but I have found a home away from home in Edinburgh.

In my role, I will help you reach where you want and should be academically, while ensuring you feel confident in your ability to apply your skills and knowledge in the future. Learning is grounded in a trusting, positive relationship between a tutor and student.
