About Ryan
I graduated at the very top of my university class with a degree in Applied Linguistics. This means I have spent years studying how the human brain processes and masters a second language. I also hold a professional TEFL certificate and advanced training from Arizona State University in lesson design and speaking skills. I use methods that are proven to work.

I base my teaching on a simple principle: you learn a language by using it, not just by studying it.
I use an approach called Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT). This means our lessons are built around achieving specific goals—like nailing a presentation or mastering an exam format. For pronunciation, I break down the mechanics of rhythm and intonation so you can hear and mimic natural speech patterns.
Sessions are 60 minutes long. We start with a quick warm-up, dive into the main goal for the day, and wrap up with feedback.
