About Kriti
My passion for architecture began with a B.Arch in Architecture and was further nurtured through an M.Arch in Environmental Design, where I explored sustainable solutions, creative spatial planning, and urban development strategies. Over 8 years of teaching, I have guided learners through conceptual, technical, and creative aspects of design, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and artistic insight. My teaching approach emphasizes structured mentorship, interactive exercises, and practical application to foster deep understanding and competence. I tailor lessons to each student’s abilities, combining sketches, modeling, digital tools, and design critiques to build skills progressively. Encouraging creative exploration, analytical thinking, and reflective practice is central to my teaching philosophy. Patience, constructive feedback, and goal-oriented guidance allow students to grow steadily while developing a strong, confident design voice. Beyond teaching, I actively engage with architectural research, sustainable design projects, and urban planning studies. Bringing these experiences into the classroom enriches lessons and inspires learners. Teaching architecture is deeply rewarding because I witness students transform ideas into expressive, functional designs, nurturing both creativity and technical mastery.

Architecture becomes truly engaging when students understand how creativity, functionality, and spatial reasoning intersect to create meaningful environments. Beginners focus on foundational concepts such as sketching, proportion, perspective, and basic design theory to establish a strong base. Intermediate learners explore structural planning, model-making, material selection, and environmental considerations. Advanced learners engage in complex project development, portfolio creation, design critique, and sustainable urban planning concepts. Lessons combine conceptual explanation, practical application, and iterative feedback, ensuring students develop both technical skills and creative confidence.
Studying architecture enhances creativity, analytical thinking, and spatial intelligence.
