Artist Biography:
“Badabeam, is a Eastern Cape based multimedia artist. He's an multi award winning documentary & fine art photographer. A Filmaker. An multiple international Award winning poet. An actor in a film project that has appeared in international art festivals including the Venice biannually. Educated in Nelson Mandela Metropolitan university including two Art Academies in Europe. He's work can be found in Nelson Mandela art museum collection and in international and local private collections. He's the co- founder of the Makwande collective focused on South African indigenous visual culture and the founder of The basement collective.”
