I am an artist living in London and art is my passion. I specialised in Textiles and Art at university. I'm here to assist anyone looking for art tuition aged over 13 years old.

About Kiren
I have always had a passion for art and have focused my education on art. I am a textile and art university graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and I also went to art and design college and achieved an art foundation diploma. I keep my practice updated regularly by attending a number of workshops with artists to study watercolours, life drawing, charcoal and oil painting. I completed a Foundation Course at the London Fine Art Studios.
My current practice is mainly figurative and still life but will also paint abstract art and line art. I work predominately with graphite to study values, shape and form in drawing as a foundation for all good art. I paint in acrylics which is a good medium for students to start experimenting with.
As well as working in traditional media I also work digitally in Photoshop, Procreate and Canva and can give students the opportunity to learn how to create digital pieces.

The aim of my lessons is to get the student to be where they want to be and achieve their goals and dreams!
I will help them to improve in areas they most want to work on and do it in the most fun and engaging way possible. I want to make my students feel at ease and comfortable and to feel encouraged to explore and experiment.
We will start with experiementing with many different mediums to find which one best suits the students for enjoyment and satisfaction and then build on this to create a portfolio of work they can show.
I will cover the fundamentals in art such as:
- values
- light and form
- colour temperature and the colour wheel
- composition
- telling a story
