About Conrad
Aspiring Chemical Engineer just graduated from Newcastle University. I am friendly, easy-going and enthusiastic about helping younger students with maths, chemistry and/or physics. Having done tricky A-levels myself, I understand the level of difficulty and stress associated with them and would look forward to aiding a younger student. I have tutored multiple students previously ranging from aged 11 to 17. My teaching style would be first comprehending what level the student is at, adapting my teaching accordingly. Then we'd look through textbooks, revising relative content, before attempting past paper questions. I would attend prepared with problem sheets, pre-evaluated useful websites we could use to help with explanation, and exam papers with the appropriate exam board. University : - Newcastle University - Chemical Engineering BEng [2:1] School : Oakgrove School A Levels - Chemistry [B] - Maths [A*] - Physics [B] Oakgrove School GCSEs - 11 Plus [A] Prizes and Scholarships : Highest Football Scholarship at Newcastle University available. Other Qualifications : Volunteered in bottom set year 7/8 maths class for 2 years.
