About Ashley
With professional experience in special education and IEP coordination, I understand that every student learns differently. I provide patient, supportive, and individualized instruction in a welcoming environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. My goal is to help each student recognize their strengths, develop effective learning strategies, and make meaningful academic progress.

My approach is individualized, patient, and strengths based. I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and needs using clear instruction, step-by-step guidance, visual supports, repetition, and practical examples.
Lessons typically include a review of previous skills, introduction of a new concept, guided practice, and independent application. My background in special education and IEP coordination allows me to understand and support students with IEPs, 504 Plans, learning differences, and executive-function challenges.
I work with early childhood and elementary school students and focus not only on academic growth, but also on confidence, independence, organization, and self-advocacy.
