About Ava
My ultimate favorite thing in life is helping people become better writers, readers, and speakers. I know an English class can be daunting, and I know that teachers don’t always have the time to work one-on-one with students who would benefit from that time. That’s where the opportunity to tutor comes in. I'm an excellent editor and creative director with loads of experience and a love for reading and writing.

Primarily comfortable giving lessons for First grade through high school however, college level first years can work too. Lessons will always be molded to each individual student, with a prior conversation about what topics and skills want to be focused on and how. I’ve worked as an editor since early in high school, and I’ve worked with writers of all ages and capabilities.
