About Will

I'm a first-year student at the University of Western Australia, studying Mechanical Engineering and Finance. I graduated from high school in 2024, and outside of study I love playing basketball, playing golf and walking my dog.

I enjoy tutoring because it's so rewarding to watch a student learn and grow, not only academically but as a person. In Year 12, I struggled with a few concepts in Math Specialist and sought out a tutor. He explained them so clearly that everything finally made sense, and I still thank him for where I am today. I want to be that kind of tutor for my students.

STEM Tutoring for Secondary Students | UWA Engineering Student, 96.05 ATAR

Struggling with Math Specialist, Math Methods or Physics? I'm a first-year Mechanical Engineering student at UWA who was in your shoes not long ago, and I'd love to help you build confidence and get the results you're after.

My approach
I focus on understanding, not memorizing. Each session starts with where you're at: we work through problems together step by step, unpack the tricky concepts in plain language, and then you try similar questions yourself until it clicks. I can provide practice questions, go through past tests and exams to pinpoint weak spots, and explain complex topics in different ways until one makes sense.
