About Chayla
I love music and began teaching myself guitar and bass when I was 13. I grew up with a piano, but started taking it seriously as I performed and recorded in college - classmates began asking me to record for them, and word of my abilities traveled across MTSU's campus! I love playing classical pieces and covers of my favorite songs by artists like Muse and Fiona Apple. I'm experienced in genres ranging from pop, to alternative, to blues, metal, and more!

Wanting to learn piano? My lessons are great for beginner and intermediate pianists! I'm a self-taught pianist with years of experience covering classical, pop, and more.
A typical first lesson will start out as an introduction into your goals and favorite genres, as a foundation is key for me to understand how to help you best. After that, we'll dive into exercises, scales, and anything else you need to succeed.
