About Jacob
With over five years of professional experience, my areas of expertise include Audition Technique, Shakespeare, and Public Speaking.
I am currently a member of Actors’ Equity and National Alliance of Acting Teachers, an Associate Artist with Less Than Rent Theatre, a teaching artist at Hudson Valley Shakespeare and New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and volunteer at the 52nd Street Project.
I hold an MFA in Acting from the New School of Drama, and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Marymount Manhattan College. Additionally, I have trained with National Alliance of Acting Teachers, Lincoln Center Activates, B.A.D.A., and The Powerhouse Theater Training Program.

PRIVATE COACHING (ALL AGES):
As an acting coach, I work with beginning and established clients for film, television, and theater.
BFA/BA AUDITION PREPARATION AND COACHING/CONSULTING:
All of my one-on-one coaching sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. In addition to working on required monologues, I am also available to help in each step of the process, including the choice of school that's right for you, the application, and the essay. I also offer Mock Auditions where I replicate the experiences you will have at the schools you are auditioning for.
