About Tamar
I have taught English since 2017 and have had the pleasure of teaching students at both English business schools, such as Berlitz, and Japanese high schools, both in Osaka and Tokyo. I bring a smile to every lesson that I teach.
Since 2017, I have taught English to over 1000 students in Japan and Australia and often receive feedback that I make lessons engaging and fun. But most importantly, that each individual lessons is suited to the student's individual needs with the added emphasis of goal setting.
Having studied other languages myself, I understand the importance of finishing each lesson feeling challenged and knowing that I have improved since the last lesson - That is my aim with each lesson that I give to students.

Hi there and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a Physiotherapist in Sydney and, when I have capacity, I would love to continue to teach students as I did in Japan.
As a qualified physiotherapist and with a professional background in healthcare and medical/clinical research, I have vast experience in teaching English to healthcare professionals such as doctors and nurses. However, I am comfortable giving lessons to students of all ages and abilities; ensuring that each lesson is suited to their individuals aims and needs.
My teaching philosophy is simple - Don't ever be afraid to make mistakes; after all, that's how you improve your language abilities! I look forward to giving you a fun and goal driven lesson with a smile every time.
