About Antonette
I started crocheting when my (now 12 years old!) nephew was born because I wanted to make personal, custom, handmade items for him. After learning to make crochet booties and baby cardigans all those years ago, I've since grown my repertoire to include household items like drink coasters, placemats, dish cloths - to handmade accessories (handbags, makeup bags, winter accessories) and even apparel! I believe that there are few things more special than personal, handmade gifts. Not to mention the feeling of accomplishment that comes with the completion of a new, handmade project. It's important for me to make the learning and creative experience fun! I believe that anyone can become a skilled crocheter no matter what their prior experience is.
