About Stanislava

Originally from Ukraine I started dancing when I was 4 and had workouts as part of my learning ever since. My background as a professional ballroom dancer (Top 3 in the U.S.) taught me how powerful posture, balance, and control can be — not just for performers, but for everyone. That’s why I created a method that blends stretching, bodyweight strength, mobility, and breathwork to improve the way you feel in your own body. I moved to USA and became an instructor, working already 3 years I learned how to make sure my students are having fun as well as achieving their goals :)

About the lesson

Because fitness should feel good, not like a punishment. I help people fall in love with movement — so they actually stick with it. With over 14 years of experience in body alignment, flexibility, posture, and core strength, I’ve developed a method that blends stretching, toning, and mobility into workouts that feel as good as they look. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to improve your form, I’ll guide you with care, precision, and energy.
