Dr.Chaithanya is a gifted individual, passionate in the field of Indian classical Dance and Ayurveda. One can be sure of her commitment in transferring the knowledge and techniques of both of these great indian traditional wisdom.
One main highlight about C is that she's super friendly and super relatable and super funny. You can be frank enough to ask any queries even if you feel it's stupid, she will have an answer for that. She'll help you understand the lessons in the most simplest and relatable way that helps us to visualise the concept easier.
Dr Chaithanya brings out the best in her, be it her discourses in Ayurveda, Yoga or Classical dance. This in turn enriched me while i had the good fortune of getting to learn from her in person. She is dedicated, vastly knowledgeable and is very professional in her conduct. I would recommend her if one's intention is not just to learn the subject but also applying oneself after learning it.
