About Rumaysah
I’m currently a second-year Dentistry student at Otago and have always had a passion for teaching.
I’m hard-working and easy to talk to, there’s no rush with me! I know high school can be hard sometimes, so I’m here to be that extra bit of support that makes you feel like you need more once you’re actually in class.
I’ve tutored before, and I know it can be scary and stressful sometimes which is why I want to make our lessons a learning experience for both of us. We’re in this together and I can always give you any advice you need about university, especially HSFY.

Hiya, I’m Rumaysah! I’ve been tutoring for a number of years now, whether it be in front of a whiteboard or as a hired tutor.
I know everyone’s different with their own unique learnings styles which is great! We’ll go at whatever pace is useful for you. I like to focus on getting upto speed, and then challenging my students use their full capabilities.
These personalised lessons will be for students who are currently in NCEA Level 1, 2 and/or 3 - or at a similar level.
