About Fajar Taufik
I am a dedicated English educator with over 10 years of experience teaching students from diverse international backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Education degree and currently work as an ESL Instructor at EF English Live, where I teach adult learners and professionals from countries such as China, Japan, Brazil, France, and many others.
Throughout my teaching career, I have developed strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and the ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and proficiency levels. I focus on creating engaging, interactive, and supportive lessons that help students build confidence and improve their English fluency in real-life situations.
My teaching approach combines communicative learning, practical conversation, pronunciation practice, and student-centered activities to make lessons both effective and enjoyable. I believe that every student learns differently, so I always strive to create a positive environment where learners feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves.
I am passionate about helping students achieve their language goals, whether for academic purposes, professional communication, or everyday confidence in English. My international teaching experience has taught me the importance of patience, cultural understanding, and continuous professional growth as an educator.

My approach to teaching focuses on creating a supportive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment where learners feel confident to communicate and actively participate. I strongly believe that language learning is most effective when students are encouraged to use English in practical, meaningful, and interactive situations.
In my classes, I use communicative teaching methods combined with discussion-based activities, real-life scenarios, pronunciation practice, guided reading, and interactive exercises to improve students’ fluency, confidence, and critical thinking skills. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace, goals, and individual needs to ensure lessons remain effective and enjoyable.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 45 to 90 minutes depending on the learner’s objectives and level. My lessons are carefully structured to include warm-up activities, targeted language practice, interactive discussions, feedback, and progress evaluation.
I hold a Bachelor of Education degree and have more than 10 years of teaching experience as an ESL Instructor. Throughout my career, I have taught students from diverse international backgrounds including learners from Asia, Europe, and Latin America. My experience includes teaching adult learners, professionals, and students seeking to improve their communication skills, business English, pronunciation, and overall fluency.
