About Kristina
I am a graduate from Penn State University as of 2022 with a degree in Biobehavioral Health. I love science, especially anatomy and biology. I have a passion for holistic health and wellness, and studied alternative medicine modalities, like massage therapy, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am a great writer and I have a passion for creative writing, but I also know how to write scientifically, as I have a study that I was a contributor for published in a professional, scientific journal that focuses on mental health.

I loved school while I was in it, but I found it hard to learn from specific teachers. Therefore, I had to teach myself new ways of understanding content and learning so that I could be a successful student. I was the tutor of the friend group or classroom because I am creative and found it very easy to teach myself new ways of understanding a lesson or studying for a test. I love writing and I always have, and that passion is still with me today. The way that we learn is very individual and most schools do not understand this.
