Bachelors degree with a double major in Creative Writing and Spanish. I also have a TESOL certification and can teach English to ESOL students. I taught high school and middle school for 3 years.

Cher taught me English as a second language. My first language is Spanish and I had a really hard time learning in highschool at our International American School in Mexico but she made it super fun and never made me feel dumb. She is creative and pushed me to do my best.

Cheridan is a super relaxed yet energetic teacher. She is able to bring calm and intense into the same lesson, which is just what yoga should be. I feel challenged but connected and also notice my growth and the distance I have yet to go. Cheridan helps me create a space where I feel like I am capable of everything and beyond. She is a great motivator and not at all judgmental towards anyone's appearance.

Cher is an amazing human that lights up any room she walks into. Her aura is really positive and she knows how to help everyone in their own element.

I love Cher her energy and ability to coach me through my poses really helps my practice. She can adapt to her students and mostly is such a loving instructor who truly is passionate about what she does and it shows !!!

Cher is a fantastic leader and able to lead calm and inspiring classes. She is my favourite teacher

Cher is a terrific instructor. She gives great alignment cues that really help me take my practice to the next level. Sometimes yoga classes just feel like a workout, but with Cher I’m able to really relax and get in touch with myself on a deeper level. She’s extremely non-judgemental so I always feel comfortable in her class.
