I am an engineering student where sometimes student don't show their unity when you find some leader and you are afraid of giving opinion to the higher authority then your opinion can be conveyed by your leader but its very important to give support to your leader
But when it comes to the leader he or she should give best to explain their point to other so that they remain firm over their point and can achieve the leadership goals.
