About Sotiria
I am a certified dance teacher (Dance Teachers and Sport Dancers Society of Greece) specializing in modern choreography, as well as a certified Personal Trainer from Studio One. My experience combines ballet technique with modern training methods. Based on my knowledge, I create Barre Method and Personal training programs that focus on safe strengthening, proper posture and alignment, offering results with professionalism and consistency. Firmly believing that the development of the body begins in the kitchen, our collaboration also includes nutritional counseling and a rich archive of healthy recipes, so that you have the maximum result in both your image and your body's energy.

I teach private Barre Method and Personal Training classes, combining classical gymnastics with the aesthetics and discipline of dance. My programs focus on total body strengthening, alignment and improved posture. As well as flexibility and adaptability through specialized exercises and Stretching. Each class is fully customized to your needs, whether you are a beginner or advanced and based on your personal preferences.
