About Holly
I have a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and a Master's Degree in Education. I have been a private tutor for 2 years, a substitute teacher for grades K-7th, and a long-term substitute teacher for 4th and 5th-grade classes. Since I have worked with students during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have a large repertoire of knowledge on how to create engaging and interactive lessons that will positively impact student success in person or online. I have helped motivate students of all ages to develop strong work ethics and study habits. I take pride in how I teach and always strive to get to know my students and their needs beforehand in order to differentiate learning accordingly. In addition, creating meaningful relationships, establishing a safe learning environment, and giving students choice in how they learn are of high-priority.
