About Sophie
My name is Sophie, and I am a BCL Law student in UCD. I’ve always had a real passion for English and its applications, and always hated how complicated people made basic concepts seem. I have coached children in debating, and undertaken a TEFL course when I was younger. I would’ve loved some help in some of my weaker subjects for my Leaving Cert, so I hope I make life easier for at least one student.

I can offer one on one or group sessions, where I can workshop with students. The focus of each meeting depends on the skillset of the student and their progression. Each session would typically last half an hour / an hour, and would sometimes include an essay assignment to be completed at home. That said, as a recent Leaving Cert student, I understand the stress, so I’ll always try to keep it enjoyable and interesting!!!
